Biotechnical Writing Services, Inc. (DBA Biotechnical Support Services) was founded in 2002 by Daphne D. Lambright, PhD. We are dedicated to establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with each of our clients.
Daphne Lambright, PhD
President

Dr. Lambright is an accomplished project manager, technical writer, and botanist, with more than 25 years of experience. As the company President and CEO, she is adept at establishing and maintaining positive client relationships. Recent BSS writing projects include scientific technical reports, software user's manuals, and SOPs. Recent environmental projects include support for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (PI-ESAs), habitat monitoring and assessment, and GIS mapping of vegetation, land use, and environmental changes using aerial photo-interpretation. Prior to founding Biotechnical Support Services in 2002, she was the Principal Investigator for a 5-year NIEHS technical writing contract, managing 15 technical writers. As production manager for two national quarterly journals, she edited more than 350 articles from US and international authors. She received an 'Award of Merit' for her work from the Society for Technical Communication.
